All of our items are sold in a pre-order format.

How does the pre-order work?

• The pre-order is like a "reservation" for your item. This means that after the orders are finalized, we begin the production process. Only after this step will the shipments be made to the customers.

How do I make my purchase?

• You can complete your purchase normally on our website. After the pre-order period ends, we will start producing the items, and it will no longer be possible to purchase the t-shirt that was on pre-order (except for cases of items returning from incomplete sales).

What is the shipping time for pre-order items?

• After the pre-order ends, we request a period of 20 to 60 business days for the start of shipments. This time is necessary to ensure the production and quality control of each item.

After my purchase, the website informed me that the product will arrive in fewer days. What does this mean?

• The website does not consider the production time. The time indicated refers to the delivery time after the item has been produced and shipped.
